eFiling is a new digital initiative from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) designed to streamline trade and strengthen compliance. It requires importers of regulated consumer products to electronically submit certificate of compliance data to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) via a Partner Government Agency (PGA) message set, with information securely stored in the CPSC Product Registry.
