Session 1:

An Introduction to ISO Management System Standards, including Annex SL standardization and the PDCA process to continual improvement.

Session 2:

Clause 5 – Leadership and Clause 9 – Performance Evaluation, outlining requirements and responsibilities of top management and the relevant clauses of the Standard.

Course content

This two-session, 45-minute training immerses you in the management responsibilities regarding ISO MS standards.

This training aims to familiarize learners with the management responsibilities in accordance with ISO Management System Standard requirements.

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to: 

  • Explain the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) concept and its relationship with continuous improvement and the management role
  • Describe the requirements of management in implementing, maintaining and continuously improving an ISO MS
  • Identify the ISO standard clauses containing specific management requirements

Course certification

Classroom and VILT training – on completion of this course, learners receive a Certificate of Attendance.
