Our cleanroom suite rentals are perfect for early-stage manufacturers looking to occupy and operate a cleanroom on a month-to-month basis. Using our facilities, you eliminate the risk, time, and expense of a CMO or capital expansion.

Bring your own specialized equipment, staff, and raw materials to our ISO 8 qualified, GMP Compliant, BSL2 quality controlled, cleanroom suites for processing. Basic cleaning and environmental monitoring are free of charge, and no long-term leases or commitments are required.

Two 400 sq-ft, GMP, ISO 8 cleanroom suites, each with a 95 sq-ft material airlock and 50 sq-ft personnel airlock
Includes 385 sq-ft Washroom, 725 sq-ft Gowning Room, 724 sq-ft Warehouse and 760 sq-ft Equipment/Material Passthrough (With Clean Corridor, total space ~4464 sq-ft)
Dedicated offices, shared conference & breakroom space
Stainless Steel Benches, Lab Stools, isolators, glove box, scales and other ancillary equipment are also available upon request at an additional charge.
