New EU Toy Safety Standards
SGS helps manufacturers and traders stay informed and prepared for revised requirements. The European Union is updating toy safety standards under a new Standardization Request. Expected changes will impact toy design, testing, and compliance, covering EN 71 (Parts 1–5, 7, 8, 13–20) and EN 62115.
Amazon Direct Validation Program
As an Amazon-approved provider, SGS offers fast testing, direct submission to Amazon, and expert guidance—helping you stay compliant, reduce risk, and accelerate market entry.
TIC direct validation workflow:
- Sellers initiate a test request in Seller Central: Performance → Account Health → Policy Compliance → Verify Your Products
- Assigned TIC contacts the seller to schedule testing or to validate existing test reports
- Once testing/validation is completed, the TIC submits the results directly to Amazon (files can no longer be uploaded by the seller)
