Course Description:
This ISO 9001 training course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to perform first, second and third
party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001 in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
This training is designed to give you the relevant skills and knowledge to carry out audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) against the ISO 9001 requirements. The principles of ISO 9001 set out an explicit management system to audit, examine and continually improve systems for a QMS.
Objectives:
On completion of the training you will be able to:
- Describe the purpose of a quality management system and explain the principles of quality management
- Explain the purpose, content and interrelationship of the ISO 9000 family of standards
- Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of an audit

CQI/IRCA FSSC 22000 v6 Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) Auditor/Lead Auditor training course
Course Description:
Learners who successfully complete this FSSC 22000 V5.1 / ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety management Systems Auditor / Lead Auditor Training Course will satisfy part of the formal training requirements for initial certification as a CQI / IRCA Certified FSMS lead auditor.
The aim of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to perform first, second and third-party audits of FSMS against FSSC 22000 V5.1, in accordance with ISO 19011:2018, ISO/TS 22003 and ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, as applicable.
This course consists of 10 VILT sessions and the final examination.
This course will enable you to:
- Understand the structure of FSSC v5 and the role of internal audits in the maintenance and improvement of food safety standards
- Explain the prerequisite programs (PRPs) and additional requirements of FSSC v5
- Recognize the process-based FSMS model for ISO 22000, with reference to the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, and the role of internal audits in the maintenance and improvement of an FSMS
- Plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal audit as part of a FSMS based on FSSC V5, ISO 22000 and in accordance with ISO 19011
